BSA-110 serien
BSA-serien är konstruerad enligt de senaste internationella standarderna och för att bäst uppfylla industrianvändares strikta krav.
Serien ger en skyddsklass på IP65 med enkeldörr eller IP55 med dubbeldörr (BSA-120 serien).
Detta plåtskåp med den solida konstruktionen tillsammans med modern design, lackad i RAL7035. Det omfattande dimensionsområdet och anpassningsförmågan
är de viktigaste dragen i BSA-sortimentet, vilket är känt som den perfekta lösningen för mångsidiga applikationer inom industriell automation & styrning.

Egenskaper

  • Fully welded body with folded reinforced lid that provides rigidity and prevents the entrance of liquids and impuri- ties from the gasket.
  • Box: Manufactured in 1,2 mm mild steel / 1,5 mm (600 mm height and above).
  • Welded studs are provided on the internal sides of the body for earthing and fixing of the eventual inner door and other accessories.
  • Door: Manufactured in 1,2 mm steel / 1,5 mm steel (600 mm height and above) / 2 mm steel (1000 mm height and above). Opens up to 130° and is reversible. Fitted to the body with concealed lift-off pin hinges. Foamed-in polyurethane gasket ensures maximum protection to the user and the equipment. Door is provided with standard double-bit 3 mm insert, easily replaceable with other inserts or locking systems available upon request. 1000 mm high enclosures and above are supplied with 3 points espagnolette locking system.
  • The back side of the body is provided with welded studs and spacers for mounting plate fixing and 4 holes for wall mounting, that can be done directly or with brackets supplied upon request.
  • Mounting plate: 2 mm galvanized steel. Maximum surface available and easily fitted inside the enclosure in the rearmost position.
  • Sizes above the 700 mm height have folded edges to ensure additional strength.
  • Large cable entry opening situated in the rearmost position to make wiring of the mounting plate easier. Provided with embedded gland plate properly sealed and fixed with self tap- ping screws.
